A MESSAGE FROM OUR CEO


Dear Creative Care Team,


As we commence the New Year, I am delighted to share the latest newsletter,
spotlighting the exceptional efforts that have made last year truly remarkable
for Creative Care. Each home has played a vital role in our collective success,
and it’s heartening to reflect on the incredible work undertaken by our
dedicated staff in this newsletter.


This edition showcases the extraordinary contributions of our team, highlighting noteworthy
events such as Halloween, the Macmillan Coffee morning, and our festive Christmas celebrations.
Personally, the Christmas Party, where we had the pleasure of hosting those we support, was a
highlight for me. Witnessing the joy as they met Santa and his Elf and enjoying the snow dome
was truly satisfying.


Throughout the year, we’ve navigated challenges, celebrated triumphs, supported sad times, and
embraced moments of joy. Your unwavering commitment to excellence has been the driving force
behind our success, and I extend my deepest gratitude to each of you.


You haven’t just provided care; you’ve enriched lives, empowering those we support to embrace
life and fostering a true sense of family within Creative Care. It brings me immense pride to
announce that this quarter, over 30 staff members have been recognised with well-deserved
awards for their outstanding contributions.


Looking ahead to 2024, there are exciting opportunities on the horizon. We have plans to expand
our services with the development of a supported living service in Staffordshire.
We will be conducting a staff satisfaction survey in January 2024. Your insights, coupled with
the Your Voice meetings, will guide us in implementing ongoing improvements, ensuring that
Creative Care remains a place of growth and success for all.


In closing, I want to express my sincere appreciation for your tireless efforts, creativity, and
unwavering dedication. Your collective impact has made a significant difference in the lives of
those we care for, and I am excited to see what we can achieve together in the coming year.
